    The bank purchases First National Bank of Newsome.

    Lonnie “Bo” Pilgrim purchases the bank and becomes Chairman of the Board.

    Camp County’s first 24‑hour ATM is installed at the remodeled downtown bank.

    Acquisition of State National Bank of Texas adds nine North Central Texas locations.

    Pilgrim opens its first Loan Production Office (LPO) and Deposit Production Office (DPO) in Tyler, Texas.
