How does Pilgrim Bank protect my
personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access
and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.
These measures include computer safeguards and secured files
and buildings.
How does Pilgrim Bank collect my
personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
Open an account or give us your income information
Apply for a loan or provide account information
Make deposits or withdrawals from your account
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit
bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Pilgrim Bank has no affiliates

Pilgrim Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to
you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that
together market financial products or services to you.
Our joint marketing partners include investment service providers.
Other important information
CONSUMER COMPLAINT PROCESS - Pilgrim Bank is chartered under the laws of the State of Texas and by state law is
subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against
Pilgrim Bank should contact the Texas Department of Banking. Pilgrim Bank also engages in the money transmission
business as an authorized delegate of MoneyGram International and The Independent BankersBank under Chapter 151
of the Texas Finance Code. After first contacting MoneyGram International or The Independent BankersBank, a
customer that still has an unresolved complaint regarding the company’s money transmission activity should direct the
complaint to the Texas Department of Banking.
